The University Library is responding to the needs of students preparing for the examination session by introducing extended opening hours for the Open-Access Reading Room. This initiative is intended to facilitate study planning and to provide a comfortable space for individual work during the intensive exam period.
The Reading Room of the Main Library (1R K. Ciołkowskiego Street) will operate with extended hours from 28 January 2026 to 4 February 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. An exception applies on Saturday, 31 January, when the Reading Room will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The University Library, together with the initiator of the initiative — the UwB Student Parliament — encourages students to make use of the available resources and the study-friendly space that supports concentration and effective learning.
